At Botanist Seeds, we aim to get your genetics to you as quickly and securely as possible. We pride ourselves on a professional delivery process that prioritizes your privacy and the safety of your order.
Shipping Destinations
To ensure the highest level of service and compliance with domestic logistics, Botanist Seeds does not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses that fall outside the standard USPS domestic service area.
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically prepared and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

- Severe weather impacting normal delivery times
- Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock. In this case your order may take longer. We will contact you if this happens.
Discreet Packaging & Privacy
Inspired by the industry’s best practices, we understand that privacy is a top priority for our customers.
- Plain Packaging: Your order will arrive in a plain, unmarked bubble mailer or box.
- Neutral Labeling: The exterior of your package will not mention “Botanist Seeds,” “Cannabis,” or “Seeds.” The return address will reflect a neutral business name to ensure your delivery remains confidential.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an automated email containing your USPS tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the USPS website.
- We recommend monitoring your tracking number to ensure you are available to receive your package.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $180. Note: Free shipping minimum must be met on the pre-tax order amount after all discounts are applied. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), will typically ship within 24 hours and received within 5-7 business days (often sooner!), depending on your ZIP code.
- Standard Flat Rate: $9.89 – Our most popular choice for steady, reliable delivery. Your order will typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: $18.99 – When you’re ready to get your garden started sooner, choose Express. This option streamlines your package through the USPS network, typically arriving within 2–3 business days.
Address Accuracy & Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Double-Check: Please ensure your apartment or suite number is included if applicable.
- Non-Delivery: Botanist Seeds is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to address errors made by the customer. If a package is returned to us, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your USPS tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Wait 24 hours, as USPS occasionally marks packages as delivered prematurely.
- If the package is still missing, contact us at contactus@botanistseeds.com within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim.
